We are not liable for refunds or exchanges due to wrong fit difficulties since your purchase is custom-printed, particularly for you. When selecting the design and fit of their product, buyers undertake all risks. We have included a sizing guide on each product page to assist you in selecting the correct size.
Order Changes or Cancellation
You have 24 hours after placing your purchase to contact our customer support staff and seek order adjustments or cancellation. Your order has already been put into production and cannot be changed after 24 hours.
Items that are damaged or incorrect
At Africazone, we make every effort to assure product quality and order correctness. It is possible, however, that you may get a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an erroneous product. Fortunately, that is rather uncommon! However, if this is the case, we guarantee customer satisfaction by providing a free replacement order or a refund on the affected products.
All we need is your order number and a clear picture of either the erroneous item, the poor print quality, or the damaged portion of the item. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our kind customer service representatives will arrange for a reprint or refund for you!
The package was returned to us.
If a shipment is returned to us by the delivery courier, we will reship it to you for free at the address you supplied.
If an item is returned to the sender for the second time by the shipping courier, we will reship the box to you for an additional price (up to 50% of the order's value).
If the shipment is returned to the sender and you do not want us to resend it, we will reimburse you 80 percent of the purchase price (20 percent as a handling fee).
Failure to Deliver
Please be cautious while supplying us with your shipment address. We shall not be held liable for any errors committed by you.
If you decline to sign the order without contacting us, we will impose a handling fee of 20%.
Items on Sale
We regret that sale products cannot be returned or reimbursed.
The Procedure for Obtaining a Refund/Return
When you experience a problem, gather evidence (e.g., photographs, video, purchase receipt) and send it to us at email@example.com.
Once authorized, return the item to our warehouse using the details provided by our Customer Support Team.
Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
Please provide us with the tracking number found on the postal service/mailing carrier's label.
Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the refund will be processed. Within 5-7 business days, an automatic credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
If you haven't received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card provider; it may take some time for the refund to show.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is issued, there is usually some processing time.

*We will not offer a refund if the delivery is delayed due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tornadoes, epidemics, pandemics, and so on. Please be patient as the delivery time may take a little longer (2-4 weeks). If you have not received the merchandise after three (3) months, we will replace or reimburse you.
You will be liable for the shipping costs involved with returning your items. The cost of delivery is non-refundable. If you are given a refund, the cost of return postage will be subtracted.
The time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you may vary depending on your location. We make no promises that we will receive your returned items.
**Please be certain that:
- The item was bought within the previous 60 days.
- The item has never been cleaned, worn, or used.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind if you do not follow our guidelines.
- Any goods returned must be in the same condition in which it was received, as well as in their original packing (including all labels and tags intact)
- Once your gift card has been used, it cannot be returned in any way.
